What if I need to speak to someone after business hours?

We are a 24/7 care service, please call anytime and we will be happy to assist you.

When should we consider 24-hour homecare?

When your loved ones are not mobile, having difficulty moving or at fall risks.

What is the cost of service?

Our service price varies, depending on the level of care required. To get a better idea of pricing, we would first do a complimentary consultation to determine the amount of care required. We will then tailor a home care option for you.

Is your homecare for seniors only?

No, Concierge Care Givers are trained to care for seniors as well as people who need disability care, post-operative care and more. See service page.

Do Concierge Care Givers conduct a background check for caregivers?

Yes, upon hiring, our caregiver’s criminal and educational background is carefully screened and verified by a qualified state specialist.

Why should I use your homecare services?

Will I have the same caregivers throughout my care?
